F.A.C.T.S. Fairness and Accountability in the Classroom for Teachers and Students
Run by Lt Gov. Mark Robinson’s office.
Description: It is important to collect and submit evidence of Critical Race Theory in our school systems. F.A.C.T.S. is a task force was formed to combat lessons and materials that are inappropriate or politically biased. According to the form, submissions should follow the following criteria:
- Examples of discrimination or harassment related to a student’s faith, ethnicity, worldview, or political beliefs.
- Examples of unequal, inconsistent, or disparate treatment of students in the enforcement of school rules and/or in disciplinary matters.
- Examples of students being subjected to indoctrination according to a political agenda or ideology, whether through assigned work, teacher comments, or a hostile classroom environment.
- Examples of students being required to disclose details regarding their individual race/ethnicity, sexual preference, religious ideology, or economic status.
- Examples of students being exposed to inappropriate content or subject matter in the classroom, including matters relating to substance abuse, profanity, or of a sexual nature.

Description: From Privilege Self-Assessments to Surveys about student religious affiliation, family income levels, “preferred” gender, and sexual preferences; data on our children is being collected. According to Education First Alliance, the goal is “that “disaggregated and transparent data” will be collected on all students to then stereotype them and give a social score in the name of achieving equal outcomes in the classroom.”
Parents have the ability to opt their children out of biased curriculum and data collection. Pacific Justice Institute, as a non-profit legal defense organization, has created “Opt-out” forms for 41 states. Click the link to visit their site and download a form for your state.
